He studied at the Academy of Economic Studies and started his entrepreneurial journey at a young age. He has always embraced new opportunities, and therefore unequivocally chose the construction industry. He is the CEO of Nordis Group and aims to develop a successful business.

Alexandru Mihai started working at Nordis Group in 2011 as a real estate consultant. His passion for real estate and communication and ability towards understanding client needs helped him quickly evolve to the position of Sales Director. In 2017, Alex Mihai closed the most expensive real estate transaction in Romania. His achievement was recognized through nominations for Top Young Successful Managers in Business Magazin for two consecutive years and numerous media appearances. He is currently the Managing Partner of Nordis Group, working closely with the company’s sales team.

Florin Poștoacă has ventured into various fields within the real estate industry over the years. He worked as a real estate agent, and later in 2008, he started working at Nordis alongside Emanuel Poștoacă, where he dealt with real estate consultancy and property management. Subsequently, Florin chose to focus on real estate development, first as a project manager for residential complexes, and later as an entrepreneur in residential property development. Currently, Florin Poștoacă is the Sales Manager for Nordis Group, overseeing a team of 18 sales consultants.

PENCIUC

Daniel Penciuc studied journalism and communications, and furthered his education at prestigious international universities, having been a scholar at New York University. Passionate about entrepreneurship, he has 20 years of experience in the field, successfully managing new business units in advertising, e-commerce, and HoReCa. Since the beginning of 2020, Daniel has been the Director of Strategy and Communications at Nordis Group, with his responsibilities also including the vision and design strategy for new Nordis hotel and residential development projects.

After studying at HEIG-VD University, Cristian Poștoacă chose to start his career in Switzerland, where he analyzed both the business environment and the West lifestyle. He came back to Romania with the ambition to create a business that would make a difference in the Romanian market and chose the real estate industry. He became an entrepreneur alongside Florin and Emanuel Poștoacă, which is why Nobileo is now part of the Nordis Group. He brought a level of perfectionism to the real estate agency and has been a true mentor to the Nobileo team. Nobileo Real Estate Agency deals with apartments, houses, villas, land, and offices in the most desired areas of Bucharest, especially in the Northern area.
